Postnatal gymnastics

During pregnancy and childbirth, a woman's body performs at a remarkable feat. To feel comfortable in her own body again after giving birth and to support the recovery from pregnancy-related changes, postpartum exercises are recommended. These exercises focus on the muscle groups that were heavily strained during pregnancy: the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. This can help prevent future incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Furthermore, it promotes body awareness and enhances overall well-being.

 

Health insurance companies reimburse 100% of course fees between 6-8 weeks and 9 months after the birth of the child.

 

I am not currently offering any postpartum recovery courses, but I will announce here when they are available again.
