Prenatal massage

Prenatal massage was developed by Dr. Gowri Motha and is used in her Gentle Birth Method. With this method, she prepared women for childbirth using visualizations, relaxation exercises, massage and yoga.

The massage releases tension in the lower back, hips and abdomen and gently loosens the ligaments and muscles of the pelvis.

Relaxing the abdominal and pelvic area can facilitate the opening of the cervix and pelvic floor during childbirth.

Additionally, blood circulation is stimulated and relaxation helps to improve self-awareness and body consciousness.

 

Prenatal massage can be used weekly from the 36th week of pregnancy.

It lasts 60 minutes and is a self-pay service.
